Legal Intern E-Commerce
Description
Regular analysis of E-Commerce Marketplace and website and documentation with regard to local and global legal requirements. Development of concepts to ensure the legal framework.
Responsibilities
E-Commerce Market Place and website:
- Liaise with global and local legal terms
- Ensure new products, features and services provided through our E-Commerce Market Place and website comply with law and industry best practices

Gather, verify and analyse documentation in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements
Legal framework:
- Check existing legal pages on online shop and website such as imprint, data security policy and cookies
- Identify and anticipate emerging legal and compliance risks

Review and analysis of legal documents
Your own Intern Project:
Full project responsibility of analysing and setting up legal pages of E-Commerce Marketplace and Website like Imprint, Data Security Policy and Cookies, including a global perspective vs local requirements.
Requirements
We are looking for:
- Minimum 3rd semester in studies in legal or legal economics
- Ability and desire to support on a broad range of legal set ups from the ground up
- Business judgment and handle confidential information with sensitivity
- Good English skills
It would be advantageous:
- Working self-sufficient and rather independent in different cultures and industries
- Solid understanding of an E-Commerce Market Place systems and website management
- Theoretical understanding of current legal framework in online business
- Ability to meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Team player with ability to work on several projects at a time
- Mac office product skills
